SPO – Sydney Project Originators was established some 35 years ago by the Director Lou Tasic who has over 43 years of Real Estate experience and has held the RE Licensee Lic for over 40 years.
The first 7 years the businesses Specialised in House and land sales followed by Investing in real estate projects, creating Syndications , conducting Development and project management in various sectors , Residential , Commercial and Retail .
The director continues to work in the Real Estate always seeking out an opportunity or creating development projects for him self and at times for a partnership development or syndicate.
The company and in Particular the director has had numerous dealings with some of the majors Land developing companies over the decades as well as the major residential and Industrial developers where the door is always open to this day should he have a large project to bring to the table or conduct projects in the many billions.
Lou is always seeking properties that offer potential that is normally above the trend that can offer outstanding returns having achieved returns of 800% on some projects.
He holds broad knowledge of all the real estate sectors as well as the economy and is able to understand the economic impacts in Sydney and Australia housing.
Lou established a Finance company called Crown Securities Ltd as well as Assigned Credit Ltd where he had offered a one stop shop by providing Commercial finance , Debt funding , Real Estate consulting & Sales, Insurance, Investment advice on Negative Gearing, as well as having an in-house Legal firm conducting mortgage and conveyance work.

Over the past 40 years Lou has participated in quite a number of various property projects, Developing and building to refurbishing Retail- Commercial buildings, negotiating residential construction contracts & project management, securing & amalgamating sites, obtaining Development Approvals and selling the sites. Creating syndicates for investment and development in real estate projects.
The Speed St Real Estate project undertaken by Lou and he’s partners has an estimated end value in the vicinity of $ 160 million, he managed the project and obtained the Master Plan for a 19,000m2 high rise. He is currently working on establishing a building company specialising in building superior granny flats using prefab building materials.
Lou is also an inventor and holds intellectual rights and patents to over 20 devices dealing with protection from virus contraction and sanitisation solutions applying UVC technology.
He has been a great philanthropist throughout he’s life where he has helped from the beggars in the streets of Sydney and throughout the world whilst traveling to even building a church together with he’s brother. He has also donated large sums of money to numerous other projects including, Serbian School of History which was headed by he’s close friend Dr. Jovan Deretic, Serbia’s greatest historian and author of over 18 books.
Lou was also a major financial contributor during the construction of St. Sava church in Belgrade in 1988. The Construction of the Largest Orthodox Church in Europe – featuring the largest dome in the world.
