SPO – Sydney Project Originators was established  35 years ago by the  Director    Lou Tasic who  has held the RE Licensee Lic for  over 40 years and has over 45 years of Real Estate experience.

Establishing a RE business at the age of 22 I Specialised in House & Land  sales, Subdivisions as well as Retail and industrial.

I commenced  investing in real estate in 1987 as well as  creating Syndications,  conducting Developments  and project marketing , project management  in various sectors, Residential, Retail , Making my First Million $ by  1989 and $ 6 by 1992.

I continue to work in the Real Estate  always  seeking out an opportunity or  creating   development  projects for him self and at times for a  partnership  or a syndicate as well as Creating Development Sites by amalgamation that wold qualify for the NDA.

I have had numerous  dealings with some of the majors  Resi Land Developing companies over the decades as well as the major  Residential and Industrial developers and Building companies.

I specialise in SITE CREATION  hence the name ( Sydney Project Originators ).

I always seek  to create development sites  that will offer above normal  potential  and outstanding returns,  having achieved returns of   800%  on some projects. I poses  broad knowledge of all the real estate sectors  as well as the economy and  understand the economic impacts in Australia’s housing, particularly sydney.

I was the second person to enter the Secondary Mortgage and finance sector establishing  a Finance company in 1992 , Crown Securities Ltd  and Assigned Credit Ltd where I  offered a one stop shop  by providing   Commercial finance , Debt funding , Real Estate consulting & Sales, Investment advice on Negative Gearing, as well as having  an in-house Legal firm conducting mortgage and conveyance work.

Over the past  40 years I have participated in many property projects, from Developing – Refurbishing , Amalgamation of  land  and Creating Development sites that show Enormous  Increase in Value and returns, on Investment and Obtaining Masterplans & DA  approvals.

I have also Created a number of  syndicates over the years for investment and development in Residential and Retail sctors.

The Speed St Liverpool  project  I found and Amalgamated it. I  partnered with a Chinese Billionaire where I retained a 40% share and  managed the project. I obtained  the  Master Plan approval for a 29 Lev tower GBA  19,000m2  achieving a 10:1 FSR and increase from 3:1 FSR .

Currently Iam working on a number of possible sites in sydney that have Very High Potential of  FSR Increase, perhaps 100% -200% from the current.

I am also an inventor and hold intellectual rights and patents to over 20 devices dealing mainly with protection from virus contraction and sanitisation solutions for the retail and commercial as well as personal  sectors applying UVC technology.

I have  been a  philanthropist throughout my life where he have helped from the beggars in the streets of Sydney and throughout the world whilst traveling to even building a church together with he’s brother in the Village where my family originates from ( images  below ) .

I have also donated large sums of money to numerous other projects including, Serbian School of History which was headed by he’s close friend Dr. Jovan Deretic, Serbia’s Greatest Historian and Author of over 18 books on true Serbian , Illyrian History as well as the European History Civilisation and Languages.

I  was also a major financial contributor during the construction of St. Sava Church in Belgrade in 1988. The Construction of the Largest Orthodox Church in Europe and Fourth Largest in the World – featuring the largest dome in the world.
