These projects were created by Mr Tasic in 1999 -2000 in a suburb of Ashfield Sydney NSW, they comprised of Apartments and Town Houses.
Liverpool Project Tasic created and Owned 50% with he’s partner at the time Mr Savidis 2004, this project was not developed due to a number of reasons .
The project comprised of approx 400 apartments and a shopping centre with a total area of approx 40,000m2.
Masterplan Granted for 190 apartments, the podium contains 8 residential dwellings, 7 commercial units (including office units,
restaurants and cafés), a childcare centre, gym, medical centre and rooftop garden at level 27 & 29.
